How should I do my makeup with this?

Hello all! I'm planning on doing a haul later tonight or tomorrow morning online to get some makeup for Halloween, and figured I might as well get some for homecoming then too!
But I need your suggestions! How should I do my makeup, what colors should I use? I definitely want an evening look, obviously.

My bangs are straight across now like in the second picture.
Oh, and I'm planning on silver shoes/clutch, most likely.

What about a black smoky eye (I like to use carbon and satin taupe), light cheeks, and a pink glossy lip?

You're way cute and the dress is really pretty! It looks like by the bottom picture you like color..since it varies on what is available in store, you could always have them do a consultation. That's my favorite thing to do..nothing better than being pampered, even if it's for 15 minutes
