How to achieve this look

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this look? What MAC eyeshadow colors and blush would create this look? I am an NW50/55 so I am darker than her but if I can get this sort of look with different colors that would be fine too...

I could do the eyes,.. maybe Retrospeck inner corner blended out to either Soba or a well blended woodwinked outer. That is a beautiful look!
