How long have you guys been together? Are you shy about it or sorta think its a guy thing to ask? I'd say write a sweet letter, that's pretty touching, plus it's something he can keep and read when he misses you etc etc, Okay I'm rambling... LOL

Hope he says yes BTW!

we've been together for about a month...i would prefer him asking me, but since its my school's dance its better if i ask him...but no im not shy about it..i was helping my friend think of ideas to ask his girlfriend to formal and thought of a cute idea...i would go to his house while he's not there (and talk to his dad about it first haha so im not like breaking and entering) and leave a trail of hershey's kisses all the way to his room and be waiting there with like a sign...does that sound too cheesy? or if you have anything to add to that that would make it better...thanks!

Ooh, I'm right with you! Our Sadie Hawkin's is coming up, so of course, girls ask boys...

What's the theme of your dance? Ours is "Sadie's Goes to the Sea" so I'm thinking of making him a little treasure chest with "gold coins" that say "Will you go with me?" Maybe you can do something similar.

For prom my boyfriend speaks another language... so he spent like 2 hours the night before on the phone teaching me a bunch of Bengali phrases and I was like dead tired... and he was making me learn them. He was teach me word by word... how to say basic sentences. The next morning at school... I pulled up to the parking lot and he was waiting for me with a single rose and he asked me in Bengali if I would go to prom with him and I answered back in Bengali to him and I thought it was cute =)

Not a good idea for you, I'm sure but I wanted to share =(

Your idea sounds cute... if his parents were more accepting of the nonindian girlfriend then I would probably do something crazy like come by his place in the morning wake his ass up at like 5 am with a bunch of balloons and drag him to IHOP before school and ask him on the drive to school.
