If your skin isn't that clear, I'd recommend using concealer (I use Physician's Formula crystal balls in medium and green) followed by a tinted moisturizer. You can mix your own with normal foundation and your favorite moisturizer, or Neutrogena's TM is good or Revlon's Skin Lights. It looks like she's gone fairly light on the mascara and eyeliner. She's groomed her brows and filled them in, and then used a slightly shiny lip balm.
If you don't already have these things, in any brand that you like, go out and get them! (concealer, tinted moisturizer, black mascara, eyelash curler, black eyeliner stick/pencil, eyebrow pencil, chapstick or other lip balm)
Sorry, I don't tend to recommend all one brand because people normally have brands they like for certain products. And I'm a hypocrite, I don't own an eyebrow pencil...
