That will be e/s I reckon. This look is easy to acheive. Grab yaself a 266 brush (or the likes of) and grab whatever color e/s you want as a liner and just apply the color under the lashline. You can make it ass dark and dramatic as you like by applying more along the lashline and further down from the line. Does that make sense at all? You can also apply the e/s wet for a more "metallic" look, or whatever. I hope that helps and makes sense...

I would also take a look over at the 'Tutorial' section of this site. Lots of people have taken the time to break down their eye looks so that they can be re-created. Trust me, you will be inspired by all the talent that has posted there!!
