How to prevent make-up from smudging on the lower lid ?!?!

I have lots of troubles with kajal and/or eyeshadow smudging on the lower lid....I have neither oily skin nor watery eyes...and I have no problem with the eyeshadow and the kajal on the upper lid, there is no smudging and no creasing even without an eyeshadow base!

I got the recommandation to put the eyeshadowbase also on my lower lid (I used the "Lip & Eye Foundation" by MARBERT) but it didn't help a bit. It is wonderful on the upper lid (I'd say....a bit too wonderful, it makes it very hard to remove the eyeshadow....) but it does nothing for me on the lower lid...I've experimented already with lots of eyeshadow base or just a little bit, with powder, without powder...but it doesn't matter what I'm doing...about one hour after I did my makeup, everyxthing is perfect, except the smudged stuff on my lower lid......help anyone ? I don't want to look messy

A couple of different things to try.

Have you tried setting the eyeliner with powder? I have to do that for most eyeliners, even the "waterproof" ones. I also had to start using different eyeliners. The *only* ones I haven't had problems with on my lower lid is MUFE Aqua Eyes. They have a whole bunch of really pretty colors, and on me, they last all day.

Another thing to try, if you don't want to switch eyeliners, is BeneFit's She Laq. It's a staying agent that's safe for eyes. I haven't personally used it (yet, haha!) but I hear great things about it, and it has great reviews on Sephora's website. The good thing is, it's not just for eyes, it can be used on lips, too, and it dries clear.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Especially in the outer corners of my eyes, it runs everywhere every single day. The SheLaq is good, but I find it has a really weird feel and takes a long time to dry. I get the Sephora brand eyeliner last in the silver liquid-eyeliner-looking thingy. It's cheap and works quite well. Doesn't take forever to dry either.
