How to use Glitter?

If I'm correct, Glitter is not eyesafe. So, simple question, how can I use it?

In hair products like pigments?

when they glitter isn't eye safe, they mean that it's unsafe if it gets into your eye, and no if you just use it around the eye area. =D so the whole point is to not get it INTO your eye.

i use it for face fun! hahaha...

its wonderful to use with mixing medium, and its great when you can put it on so its like a sheet of glitter..
