How to use Select Tint?

Do you use it more like a foundation with a sponge or a brush? Or more like a cream?

OK I know its a silly question but I never used stuff like this before!

Either way actually, I like to put a couple drops in my palm and spritz it with Fix+ or something like that, rub it between my hands to mix and then apply it to my face. I like it sheer
