My best guess is
MAC Durashell pro longwear lipcolor
NARS Blush in Cactus Flower or Desire
Eyes: MAC Yogurt on browbone, Girlie on the lid, blacktrack e/l and a purple e/s (thought i dont know one) at the outer corner of the eye

can any of you give me a step-by-step thing for this look?

Sure,
-Apply your brows, foundation and concealer like you normally would then apply barecanvas paint (with a very very thin amount all over your lid)
-Apply MAC Yogurt with a fluffy eyeshadow brush like MAC #224 Brush from lashline to browbone
-Apply MAC Seedy Pearl Eyeshadow (I know I just through that one

) on your browbone with 213 right under your browbone
-Apply Girly Eyeshadow from lashline to just in the crease. Then apply it just above a crease.
-Use I'm gonna Say Parfait Amour (the purple) and apply to the outer third of the eye
-Using a stiff brush like 213 apply MAC Blacktrack liquid liner and wing it out
-apply false lashes and make sure to wear black mascara!
-done with the eyes
-Apply Bronzer
-Now using your finger (if your using cactus flower) apply right on the apple of your cheeks (you see that by smiling really big

)
-Then using a contour brush (like MAC 168 ) apply Desire (make a fish face and then follow where your cheeks get hollowed in) very lightly
Done with face
Lips: MAC Durashell-*DO NOT glop it on!* Just apply a very very very thin layer on your lips. Wait 2 minutes then add the gloss.
