I am over eye kohls!

My smoulder was getting dull so I tried to sharpen it, that sucker broke on me and kept breaking everytime I tried. Is anyone else having this problem?

When I had that problem and I needed to replace my sharpener and after that the kohl sharpened fine.

Some sharpeners simply don't work very well with M·A·C kohls. No standard pencil sharpener will work and some cosmetic pencil sharpeners aren't great either. The M·A·C sharpener which costs just $3 is well worth it as it saves the breakages and pays for itself in no time.

I was using the MAC sharpener. It's a new one. I give up. I ended up tossing more of the pencil in the trash than I used. I even tried freezing it because I figured that it was breaking off because it was too soft. Nothing worked.

I would contact MAC about it. Either by Email or Phone.

As Zap2it suggests, either go back to M·A·C with both the sharpener and pencil or contact customer services. It's not a problem I've had before.

YEah! I had that happen to me like you not believe! My Smolder kohl is tiny!! tiny!! haha

And I used a new MAC sharpener too, but it doesn't happen to my other ones so maybe it's just smolder

oh my god I've had this problem so many times before......my Phone Number eye kohl should be half gone and because of it constantly breaking, it's now almost gone!......it's soooo frustrating.......I've figured it out though.....it won't sharpen because it's somewhat melted.......even after I sharpen it every time I have to reshape it and clean off the woodshavings....I once got a woodshaving in my eye because the thing was melted...seriously, I love the blendability of the eye kohls but they really need to get a better product...and one that isn't hazardous!..I hate these things!.........
