You can keep the length your needs more shape and movement. Your hair looks like it's in good shape and it looks like it has normal thickness. Why not go for something with more texture. More layers would be nice to kind of get a shag kind of hair cut. It'll add more texture, shape, and movement to your hair.
As for the fringe I think you could push more to the side to make them look fuller. But I also think you could even go for a full fringe that are kind of wispy.

Fringe:
You can keep your fringe the same and it'll still look really good. But if you choose to changethe fringe to something like in the picture above you'll have to bring the length up to shoulder length because it's it's longer it'll look out of proportion.
Styling is really easy. Blow dry your hair with some blowdry lotion. Once it's all dry use a roundbrush to blow dry staight and then rub some wax on your finger tips and comb them through and scrunch at the same time to define the layers. For hair wax I like using Redken Water Wax, Bedhead Way Out Wax for Rock Stars, or Short Sexy Hair Play Dirty. Use a shine spray to finish so that you don't mess up the style but still add shine. The one I like best is Redken Vinyl Glam.
