i know you didnt mean that nuetrals were boring, but for the love of mac, we all want to start with color. i strated with three basic shadows a long time ago : carbon (intense black), gaucamole (true green), and brown down (natural matte borwn). I started to use these colors seperatly then together and fianlly after 2 wks (honestly) i was bold enough to get some brighter shadows, till now im doing other people's makeup. Trust me you want to start with your nuetrals, that way you want be as let down if a certian look doesnt come out as you expected becuase its just a starter look. With the list you have the possiblites are endless due to shading and blending, good luck, were all here for you....
