I'M A RAINBOW!
Yes, again.
Sorry guys! This is a variation on the first rainbow look I did - I set out to replicate it but then got bored! Heehee. So I ended up with this. I've included the first look too so you can see the differences.
EYES:
Coastal Scents 88 Matte Palette (white, yellow)
MAC Paint Pots - Rubenesque & Rollickin'
Clinique Liquid Liner
Model Co Brush on Lashes (fibre lashes) (this really needs to come with a warning label, I'll explain later)
Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara
1 and a half pairs of $2 shop lashes
Modelista Dual ended liner - Black/white
ChiChi Gold Digger Palette - Turquoise & purple shades used
Lime Crime Magic Dusts - Lime Criminal & Fairy Wings
FACE:
Revlon Custom Creations Foundation - Fair/Light
Shiseido Moisture Mist Circle Litener - Pale
Australis Fresh & Flawless Pressed Powder - Natural
Clinique Blush - Precious Posy
Coastal Scents 88 Matte Palette - pink shadow used as blush
LIPS:
Revlon Shiny Sheers - Sunlit Pink (I believe!)
Napoleon Perdis DeVine Goddess Lipgloss - Marilyn
Had to show you guys the tops of the lashes - a lovely glossy blue
Makes a nice surprise when I blink!
When I was doing my beehive!
Here's the original look:
And this is why ModelCo Brush on Lashes SUCKS.
A good mascara should be buildable, yes? This box needs a warning label! With this mascara, you brush on a coat of mascara, then brush on fibres, then brush mascara over top and it gives you false lash effect lashes. However I discovered the hard way today that more than 2 coats of mascara renders your lashes into helpless tangled branches!
Witness...
2 coats: Not bad, I guess, I thought - but I'll just pop one more on.
BAD IDEA!
They stuck like that too! It took a lot of work with my lash comb and a spooly brush to get them untangled as gently as possible
