i don't know how to explain myself to...myself

there's this dude. i always get this really weird feeling around him, like maybe i dig his style or something. he's real handsome, i won't lie.

anyways though, i feel like (under the current circumstances) my time is running out and maybe he will slip out of my life one of these days.

trouble is, i don't really know him. i know a little about him (but not even anything really personal), but we rarely talk. it's kind of making me trip out because i always see him and think he's the perfect dude, but i don't know what makes me think that...it's just this feeling, i guess. so it's crazy because i feel like i'm about to lose something/one i don't even almost have.

man, i don't know what is going on in my head but it's freaking me out a little bit. i mean, it bothers me if i don't understand someone else...but it just flat out irritates the hell out of me when i don't even understand myself.

Why don't you try talking to him more? That way you can get to know him more and realize why you feel like that around him and you might be able to understand yourself better?

i want to...but it seems like he gets nervous when i talk to him. i don't know what to say to him that won't make him get nervous.

shy boy, huh. Do you think he's one of those guys that gets too nervous that he cant make a move with a girl? if that is the case...then help him out
ask him anything, maybe something that's going on that day and from that question to another question until he feel confident or loosens up. In there bust a joke, with the excuse that you just read one and so on....
I dont know, im just giving you ideas.

Oh, that feeling. I *know* that feeling. You need to act on that feeling and get that boy. Trust me on this.

Just make small talk and keep conversations short so he doesn't get overwhelmed. Talk about something you know he knows about so he feels comfortable about the subject at least. He'll probably warm up to you eventually.

i gotta give the dude some credit, he has gotten alot more vocal since he first started being around. i would always say "hi" and/or "how's everything?" (that's my thing haha) and he usually would just smile, if he said anything it would rarely be audible. at least now he says actual words...audible words.

i guess it is a crush, isn't it? haha wow i'm twenty years old and i can't even figure my own crushes out. i guess it's because every time i've had a crush before, i knew the guy pretty well so this is kind of new for me.

thanks, ladies!

Hmm, I know that feeling too. I kept running into this Argentinean guy and he was attractive but I didn't feel attracted to him in the sensible usual way. More like an attraction between two people.. like it would have happened even if he was a girl. We didn't talk more than casually waiting in line and making convo kind of thing... and I didn't specifically feel like I wanted to date him- more of I wouldn't mind dating him.

I never saw him again after I moved towns, but I did always wonder what that feeling was and what might have happened. So in the spirit of not having any "what if's" I say you get to know him and find out what it is.

always say hi, talk to him a bit and smile, and if you are feeling really excellent give him your number and tell him to call you!
