...flirty number.

when i bought it, i thought "maybe i should take this back...it's really not very pretty" because i was just looking at it in the pot. i got it because it was from the lingerie collection, and i was hoping to somehow acquire the entire collection to recreate some of the looks (didn't happen though

) but, i just spent the weekend in palm springs with some friends and the only mac shadow i brought was flirty number because it wasn't in my traincase, so it was easiest to get to and i LOVE it.

has anyone else ever done that?

Flirty Number is one of those colors that maybe has to grow on you lol! I thought it was boring at first but the more I use it, the more versatile I see that it is.

I felt like that about Cranberry when I first got it. I was like, why would I have ever bought this color? But now I wear it alot and love it!

Yay, for Flirty Number

I purchased only two e/s in this collection, and this was one of them. I only purchased it because I own nothing like it and the sales rep swore that it looked good when worn with Slip Pink. I wasn't crazy about the way it looked in the pot but took it home anyway. Now I'm so glad I got it, I love it (wear it as a crease color).

i have a few purple-ish shades, wanna get trax (which isn't the same, i know)... so, what do you think? is it a must-have?

depending on what colours you use it with, it can be purple or it can be brown. so pretty...

Just like I know some colours look muddy on me (particular dark mattes), I'm fairly certain that Flirty Number will be pretty nice on me. Mind you, before Moth Brown, I didn't use to wear colours like this, but I do now!

I contemplated getting this but it wouldn't look very good on me but i would like a similar colour (maybe Shale) now that i am getting into applying a crease.
How do you all use it?

i just got it and i love it! i use it with everything, lol. with taupeless, goldbit, shroom, pink freeze, slip pink. always in the crease. i sometimes use my rmk no6 holographic eyes with it (which is like a satin version with green duochrome. it's amazing.) in a defined crease. sooo grogeous. it, with taupeless, is my lazy look! and i didn't like purples till i got it. i was going ot get shale but they didn't have it.but i got it and love it. i now love purples

I agree so much. I was apprehensive about this e/s. But now i use it all the time. It is such a great crease colour, and i too use it in my lazy looks

If you're having to ask....that means you need to go get it!!! LOL

Swatch it on your hand with the testers maybe, just to be sure. I think it's really different, but that's just my thought.

I hated this shadow on me. I thought I would love it since Moth Brown is one of my favorite crease colors. On the positive side I had never used shale that is in one of the holiday palettes I own and after reading here it is similiar to flirty number I tried it and love shale. Go figure!! I guess this just goes to show that the little differences in some of the shadows can make a big difference on how they look on a person.

if it wasn't for Flirty Number, I wouldn't realize how pretty purples are against my complexion, I love purples now too
