I Got Dame Edna!!

Hi Girlies and Guys! The MUA's at my local MAC counter bent the rules for me and allowed me to purchase from the Dame Edna collection early! They haven't received the lip sticks and glosses yet, so I was only able to by the highlighting powders and eye shadow trios. Let me tell you, they are GORGEOUS!!! All of the colors are pretty shimmery and frosty but I think they will work well for a variety of looks. I can see the highlighting powders being part of my everyday makeup arsenal and I think I will get a lot of use out of them. Overall, I love the items I bought and if you were planning on skipping this collection all together, I would really recommend taking a look at the highlighting powders and shadow trios as they are very beautiful, unique and wearable.

I have never post swatches before and my camera is not the best, but I will try. Check this thread later tonight and hopefully I will have some pictures posted.

So sorry guys, I tried to take swatch pictures and I couldn't figure out to get the colors to show up. Flash? No flash? Lighting? I took a picture of the compacts and am trying to upload it directly from my camera and I keep getting "Upload of File Failed" message. Any suggestions?

Hi Guys! I am so sorry but I am not skilled enough with my camera to get any decent swatches pictures for you. I did, however, take a picture of the compacts and e-mailed it to GlamQueen21. My picture is not very exciting I am afraid.... I know that there are swatches of all the lip colors and eye shadows posted on here somewhere in another thread. Sorry again, it has been a long day and I am off to bed. I am sure you all will be scoring your Dame Edna stuff very soon and I look forward to seeing all your beautiful creations! XXOO
