Its just what the name implies. You can usually find some old and rare MAC stuff there, like eyeshadows and such. They also carry other brands like Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown...etc...(all other EL owned companies)

around me we got a ton of them we have the OFF SAKS 5 AVENUE, NEXT NORDSTROM, and in 2006 spring were gettting a Neiman Marcus discount Outlet! yay
