I understand your frustration, but the SAs are just humans..it happens, just imagine you had to look for a million products for a bunch of people..and sometimes things get even mixed up behind the registers and it's really not the persons fault. i feel that i need to check my bag of stuff before i leave the store...you wouldn't just blindly eat anything a server gives you in a restaurant, right? sometimes you order something without something and somewhere in the process the info is lost..human nature. check your bag & be happy

something similar happened to me when I ordered my fafi stuff, but i got my things like 4 days later so it was cool.
