Anyway, I was just curious about how much a MAC employee makes.

it depends on the region.. the person.. the experience.. the position.. and the location (partnered store v. mac location)

Word of mouth; I've heard of MAs making between $14-$18 / hour. Depending on cost of living in the area and the factors listed above, you could assume that range. They, like most employers, try to start most on the low end say the $14/$15 range.

Do they work on commission? I assume NOT bc they hardly EVER act like the SA's at department stores who DO work on commission.

And what I mean by ACT is like fight over to see who says hi first n stuff.

At Nordstrom, they get paid hourly plus commission...everywhere else, they get paid hourly only...
