I hate it when this happens! And it's happened a few times now. I'll place an order through the online site, and since I'm in Canada, shipping is $7.50 (regardless of how much or how little you order). So I usually try to order at least $100, just to make it 'worth it', ya know?
Anway, it happened again today. I ordered a bunch of stuff yesterday, and the total was just under $100. I get an email this morning saying, 'sorry, several of those items are no longer available, so we removed them, and shipped the remaining products". Sad part is, the 'new' total is now $33.00, and almost $8 of that is shipping charges! ARGH!
Shouldn't they first say, 'do you still want us to process this order', or, 'would you like to add anything to it, etc.', before processing and shipping? I called right away, and they said sorry, it's already processed, nothing we can do.
Has this happened to anyone else?
