i have an interview tomorrow !! help !!

okay so thing is .. i have an interview tomorrow (duh) .. and well i dont know what to wear exactly .. i dont have like dressy pants or whatever, never really need them. i have a dresses and stuff. but i dont know if thats oky for an interview ?? and i dont have enough money to buy something right now. any ideas ??[/color]

Just don't wear jeans, and wear a casual top preferably with just pants or a longish skirt.

I wish I had gotten to this earlier. I was going to ask you what job you were applying for... or what industry... how important is the job really to you? I would say anything but jeans or a short skirt (like sabrunka said) and a nicer conservative top (watch the cleavage- you dont want to threaten a potential female boss). Tone down your makeup until you get the job (my experience) as people tend to classify you if you wear color on your face! Of course, unless you are applying for a job in a totally fun, free and creative envrioment... then go to town!

Depends on the job and town. Here in Tucson you could show up in jeans and a nice shirt and get the job.

If it's for an office or a more formal type of work environment, you may just have to buy something. You always have to spend a bit of money to make money, even if you buy something inexpensive that looks ok.

I'd definitely invest in a pair of comfortable black pants, not too tight of "club-y" looking. Paired with a conservative top like a pressed blouse or something similar that does not show cleavage, it will look completely fine for an interview. If you can, wear a black blazer with it to look super professional.
