Yes it is. And I believe it's Sunday May 7th (at least in MD) that it will be available.

The counter I ordered from is having their Customer Appreciation night on May 4th and the guy I talked to told me that it is only available in store and not online.

Okay, this may sound like a REALLY dumb question, but do you just call the main Nordstrom's number to pre order it or is there a separate number for each counter or something?? I've never called to pre order something before

Just call the main number and ask for the MAC counter

Where did you pre-order yours? Pentagon City? I kind of hate the MAC counter in PC since they changed the location and the staff after the New Year and the whole place is so dull now, the lines are huge. But I adore the quad and I have to have it
