I actually don't use MUFE, so I don't know my shade in that brand. I know I'm a NW30 in MAC as I used to use MAC. I usually wear a primer (Cover FX, Canadian mineral product) and for foundation now I use Smashbox HD foundation. My shade is Medium 1 in the summer and Light 4 in the winter.
