Hi guys!

I just went to my counter to get a MSF I dont wanna get

Stereo Rose! Awesome btw!

And I also asked her if they still got Coco Beach piggies because I always saw the jar in the display!
So she, her collegue and me went through alomost every drawer but we couldnt find any! So she just gave me the display jar for free!!!! I'm sooo happy and couldnt believe it! Now my Coco Beach sits close to me!
Two weeks ago she also gave me the cover of the D'Bohemia look book!
She's soooo cute!!

I looove my counter!

OK let me add that every MA know my name on this counter and yesterday I spent nearly $200 there.....but they're always super sweet!

One counter I go to is soooo friggin' snobby. Whenever I go in, there are 3 MA standing around doing nothing and not trying to assist me.
When one finally does get around to helping me, he/she doesn't even try to help me try new looks. I go in with the intention of buying at least 3 or 4 products but they're already trying to push me out the door with one e/s.

So, I stopped going there and went to another one. This one is so much better! They MAs completely take their time and aren't pushy. As a result, I've spent so much money there and will be back soon.

Same here, the MAs at the counters I used to go to are really stuck up too. They're always chatting to their friends or just standing around. When I try to ask for help, they seem like I'm not even worth their time so I don't even bother going there anymore. Now I just usually buy my stuff at Nordstroms in Tacoma or in Vancouver (on Robson) since the MAs there are very helpful.

Good for you lucky girl! I travel about 20 minutes out of my way to go to the counter at Macys in Hampton Bays because every MA that I have encountered there is a sweetheart. There is a mall closer that has a MAC counter but the girls were really snippy so I just dont go there. Too bad really because you can count on me to be in there every other week to boost up the quota... alot...lol.

I have had good luck at the Roosevelt Field Mall as well but there was one girl there on Thursday who tried to give off a little tude. One girl Jenn. I think came over to greet me very warmly. She remembered me from the time I turned in 114 empties after a depotting frenzy.

From my experience, I have encountered that some of the MAs do have this air of superiority about them if they think that you are a unexperienced. I was pretty annoyed at the girl at Roosevelt Field for talking to me like a moron. For instance, I asked for Untitled and she says (and I swear it was snotty...lol) do you know what to use this for because this is not a lid color. I dunno, she just wasnt very friendly...haha. Anyway, I digress as always... so; I just look at her and I start asking her questions about upcoming collections and pro products. She warmed up after that. I actually felt guilty for buying all my stuff st Roosevelt Field but due to a glitch in a purchase at NYC pro store, I had a substantial return and could only do it a freestanding store.

Blah blah blah....um, so anyway, yeah VV. Im happy for you on scoring the free goodie. You got lucky because you are an awesome girl so karma through some goodness your way. ((((hugs))))

You're so lucky! Almost every MA at my counter knows me by face since I go there whenever I have work (since I work at the mall). But only ONE of them is super sweet. I love her. The rest are just blah. Probably because I'm only 16 so they look down on me =(
