this may sound sooo stupid but I guess I'll just have to ask you guys about what you think or tell me if you ever experienced it....

My tendertone lip balm broke it's cap... and I know you know how it feels when you broke something that you really really love...

Now my question... I just bought it three days ago... do you guys think I could bring it to MAC Store and exchange it for a new one? I don't want them to think that I'm too picky...you know. I just don't want my stuff broken.. what do you think?

I'd take it back too, if the cap broke after just 3 days then it might have been faulty anyway. Take it back, I am sure they will exchange it

I would take it back and excange it for a new cap, you spent the money its their product they back it up dont worry about that

I've had things break after a few months of having it (mostly shadesticks) and they will just give you a new one because they dont want that rep. of their stuff breaking.
