I took a nap today, so by the time I got up, the green/black look was NOT ready to be seen by anyone. LOL. So, I took it off and hurriedly threw something else on, so we could go do the household shopping.

I seriously need more pressed shadows. *sigh*

You try pressing some of the pigments and loose shadows you have. Make a day of it with your daughter.
Also that's a really pretty look.

I'm so lazy about that. I've been scared to try it, I guess. Also, from what I've heard, pressing minerals doesn't always work out very well. Meh! I might try it one day, though. I SHOULD. Then I'd have tons of pressed colors to choose from.

To glam8:

STAT is generally used by the medical community to express the word - immediately. It usually relates to the immediate health needs of a patient. In the medical community, a STAT order is taken very seriously. Sadly, it does get abused within the medical community.

There is another meaning for the stat abbreviation. Stat can mean statistic. That would be spelled out on medical charts to avoid confusion.

Typically, ASAP (as soon as possible) is the abbreviation used by the non-medical community.

However, this is not to say people are not familiar with term STAT and may be using it.

Nice combo. Are you working or have you worked in or around the medical community? Yes or no answer is fine. You don't need to give specifics of a job title or experience, etc. Thanks.

No, I don't work in the medical community. I've watched a lot of medical t.v. shows and am fascinated by medicine, in general. That's about it!
