What budget were you thinking about?

heh, well I prefer water-based. I prefer neutral finish and as for the brand, um anything really.

Prescirptives Flawless skin or ther Matte foundation (Medium to Full Coverage) Foundations are Fabalous!!!! Just Fabalous! I have not gotten one pimples by these foundations. My Skin is sensitive too and I prefer the feel and non cakiness of liquid foundations. The coverage is amazing and its stays on for a long time. You have to defenitely try, you wont go back. It is just Fabalous!
The Mac Studio Liquid Foundation is also fabalous as well. The coverage it provides is wonderful and it stays on for a while to. And defenitely can make it full coverage.
