I needs HELP!!

I'm getting ready to go to the Marine Corps Ball on Dec. 4th. I have this beautiful canary yellow gown I'm wearing, but I'm not quite sure how to do my makeup with it. I'll post a pic of it to see how you guys would do your makeup. (It'll be the one in the middle) For reference, I'm about a NC 30, DARK brown hair, and greenish-blue eyes. Definitely want my eyes to stand out with it, and I'm doing fake eyelashes. That is a must for whenever I go out!

I'd go with a mid-dark purple smoky eye with lots of lashes. The purple will compliment the dress colour and your eye colour. I'd keep the lips neutral if you want attention to go to the eyes.

When I saw your dress, I immediately thought of MissChievous' lastest tutorial: YouTube - Cleopatra Makeup: Beauty through the Ages I think that'd be gorgeous, minus the dramatic liner. That's just off the top of my head though. I also like knoxydoll's suggestion for a purple smokey eye. I love yellow and purple together. Have fun!!

Ironically my university's colors were blue, gold, and white... the same as my high school colors!
