I previewed the Holiday Palettes - To die for!

One of my favorite MUA's, Stephanie at the MAC Arcade in Macy’s 34th Street (counter closest to entrance to the cosmetics departments) allowed me to preview & test the palettes and treasures sets last night. They are
G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion, the teal eye palette is HOT and a definite must have. The blue e/s in this palette is too die for; I have never seen the color Parrot, but this one might be very close to it (from the photos I’ve seen of this color). If you visit the MAC counters at Macy’s in Herald Square, go see her (I think she usually has the afternoon shift) or my other favorite MUA at Macy's, Tiffany (usually has the day shift) in the MAC Counter in the 5th Floor Junior department.

If you are in Bloomingdales on Lexington Avenue (NYC) go see MUA Goddess Joey.

Sorry I only took pictures of my favorite.

I added a photo of the Teal Holiday Eyes for size comparison to the Temperley and the Tailormade Warm Eyes palettes.

I saw all of them, I can't remember the other too well, I think the olive one had soft colors and the magenta had 2 shades of purple & olive groove. If the stores allow me, I'll take more photos today.

I don't know why, but they did not have the Viva Glam Lip palette.

Wow, that is absolutely adorable! I especially love the 3 colours you've swatched on your self. Lucky you, to know such nice MAs!

I saw them all too at Bloomies but she said I couldn't test them.

The teal one looks wonderful. The one with the green/gorgeous gold, etc. was really nice as well. APparently each one has like 2 permanent colors (like teal has cranberry and the rest are L/E)

Are these new 2005 palettes tiny in size? I heard that they were smaller than last year's palettes which were pretty small.

That does look just like Parrot! Soooo glad I bought it when it came out and did not spend the ebay prices for it! Those palettes look very small and I don't think I want any of them, especially since I already have two Parrots :-/

ZLoves2Shop would you say that the pans in the palette contains less e/s than the holiday palettes last year.
Everyone keep saying they are smaller but they look about the same to me just different shapes.

I don't own any of last years Holiday Palettes,

The compacts appear a little larger than the ones in the Tailormade Collection.

Yeah, the eye shadow amount is probably about the same as in Tailormade but a different shape.

I'll try to get a comparison photo.

I'm wondering which of those shades is "Bluer" cos A bluer blue seems to be the only blue in the teal palette. Thanx for the pics! I'll get the palette if it (hopefully) comes out in austria.

it's crazy how different those swatches and photos look than those posted a while ago, I knew those older pics were off, but not that off. They look like two completely different products! Now, I'm excited!
