I have some basic neutral shades and was wondering what would be the top five bright e/s to get for my next run? I'm a NC 50.

sushi flower (hot pink)
stars n rockets (duochrome pink/purple)

I'd go with metallics if you really want a pop. The payoff on your skintone is amazing.

if you want some really nice blending bright colors you should try the Delux collection by Urban Decay its 17.00 and they give u a huge ammount.

i own the whole collection and i love it.

thats the only urban decay stuff i actually own... the rest is mac but those are by far the brightest ive seen
