see there is a head cashier i dont trust-shes tried to sleep with a friend of mine who is married and he has refused her many times and he got his review today. He did horribly. All because of her.

We know this. Everyone at the store hates her-because she does things to customers and shit and all the managers do is look the other way.

I wish there was a way I could get them to realize how bad she is. but thats impossible.

I mean seriously-i wish I could just have the entire fucking store flooded with calls on complaints over her.

You know I've had a fairly similar work situation to you, and that I'm very sympathetic to your plight, but from what you say above, it sounds very far-fetched. You couldn't possibly give more information? How on earth would this black-marked cashier be responsible exactly for your friend's bad review? (I'm extra slow at the moment, so oblige me by explaining :S)

Its ok. Heres how it works. You have the store manager-the department manager-then you have the people you gotta put up with who are above you-the lowly cashier and lot people.

Our manager and department manager is pretty cool. I like them they are nice. However since they can't be around all the time they mainly rely on reports from the people above you (aka Head cashiers). These head cashiers tell the Manager of the department (Cashier department) what is good and bad with each person.

Now. Your going to get a review from each head cashier you work with. I work mostly with about 4 head cashiers-so among the reviews I'll have a less biased reveiw base. Richey only works when one head cashier is present and that cashier is the bad one. The one who hit on him. He works mostly with her as his supervisor. So she decides she doesnt like him she'll give the bad review to the department manager who then gives it to to manager for the review.

Where as with my review coming up, I wont just have hers-I'll have about 3 others weighing in so it wont be so one sided.

Does that make any sense?
