i missed ne question on mine.i thought u drove already i jus got my license back. i am a horrible driver. its sad becuse my boyfriend drives amazing. if u really never drove before the weather right now isnt good to practice in. i got into an accident the day after i got my license back n that same week i knocked my tail light out by hitting something.

hahaha... so im 23 yrs old (almost 24) with no license... please dont laugh at me!!! i have an excuse... people who live in manhattan are better off w/out it. when i was 16 i took the driver's permit test and failed (yes i failed) and since then i've been afraid to take it again. but today i finally gave in and took it. i got everything right and am going to start looking for a driving school next week. if anyone in uptown nyc/bronx knows of a good one, please let me know...

yeah a lot of people in the city dont bother getting their license,but i would anyway. where i live in NY you need to drive.

Well done, driving in Manhattan...must be scary. Kind of like driving in London. It's pretty easy to get your licence here, but not in the UK. They test really hard!
I totally see your point about not needing a licence in your city...where you actually have public transport! Unlike here.

well i think i finally gave in and got my permit with the whole strike threat... i dont know how i would get around. without the public transportation here, the whole city might as well be shut down... so i figured... i should go for it so i dont feel so bleh if something like that actually happens!

Congrats! I always catch the train to Manhattan. Last time I drove up there, well I had to b/c I was staying over night, I got a fat ticket. On top of that, the traffic is awful, so I would never laugh at you, in fact, I myself would never even try to get my permit if I lived in the city... Congratulations! Now on to the BMW!!!

woot woot go sexychica I know I was excited to! although I did miss 2 but hey that still not bad. I was wayy excited I got mine it is a big deal its the next step of being indpendent. Bad thing is my dad wont let me drive his car. He said he will teach me how to drive the manual and still havent had the time to teach me. sucks.
