Icy Queen of Color [help?]

Alright, so I'm wanting to try something out on a model, she's about a nw40 or so.

I want to create a very pearlescent look, but I don't want it to be too bronzy or golden; I want to keep it cold. I also don't want her to look ashy.

I was thinking maybe CCB in Pearl as a highlighter, with some nude, but silvery lips (topped with NARS Harlow l/g.) I'm still slightly unsure of the eyes, I want them to have that icy glow but I don't want them to be over the top. There's a fine line for me between Nubian Ice Princess and Disco Queen.

Any other suggestions?

Hmmm,..I've actually used Helium and Frost pigments heavily buffed out with the 180 or MAC's round blush brush on a darker skinned friend to get an "Icy" look minus the gold/bronze you normally see. I started very light and then built my shine until it was a subtle cool reflection,.. definitely Not Disco Queen-ish. Either that Shimpaigne might get you close too but it would of course be a little warmer than either of those.
