Hey! Ive had some gr8 advice on make-up from girlies on here, so i thought id give this a go... for a longggg time now ive wanted the below actresses hair

heres how i have my hair now...

please ignore the pose...its quite bad lol i was very bored! thts a recent pic of me (about a month-2 months ago) i have my hair slightly darker now. anyway, ive booked an appointment at toni&guy and im gonna take that pic in, but what should i ask for? im totally confused about this lol cuz i badly want her hair

any advice u could give would be gr8 thanks! i dnt no where to start lol

Oh it's Ruby! I saw her when I went out shopping a few weeks ago!

I'd print the picture and take it with you, it's by far the easiest thing to do... it's so hard to explain exactly what you want so that the hairdresser understands and at the end of the day you don't want to be dissapointed.

That picture looks more like a half updo because it looks thin. All that really is is long layers. You're hair is quite shorter compared to the person in the picture so they may change your hair cut a bit. But yes, bring in the picture and yo u don't need to give specific instructions. Just say you want this and your stylist should give you an idea of how he/she will go about doing so and what changes will be made to compliment your face. Then if you agree cut away

i always get nervous when i have my hair cut i dont no why. and i dont like to have too much of a change.

You'll have to post a pic when it's done, i'm sure it'll look great. I'm the complete opposite though, when I go in and they ask what I want I'm normally like 'meh, whatever!' !!

Sometimes I do wish I was much more organised! (Although I've only had one disaster, which isn't bad going!)

It's normal to be nervous. The change will not be that drastic since your hair is quite similar to the picture. Some bulk maybe taken out due to the layering to get a lighter more flowing look like the picture.

really appreciate it. i get so nervous so i dont get much change. i cant wait to get it done now! im not getting it done till the end of the month, so hopefully my hair will grow a tiny bit longer
