Idol Eyes Eye Shadow

I went to the MAC counter when these came out and I kind of skimmed over them without actually trying them on because nothing jumped out at me. But I just read elsewhere on the forum that not only are they Veluxe Pearls (my favorite) but they are also duochromes (my second favorite). Can anyone tell me more about them and what the colors really look like?

veluxe pearl eyeshadows have a very silky texture. They are highly pigmented and the shadow glides on easily and the color shows up really well (and stays put)! the veluxe pearls have a pretty chrome finish to the color as well. almost a metallic-like look

Veluxe pearls are my favorites because the color comes out looking just like it does in the pot and you can get away with not having to put a base on underneath to make the color show

VPs are my faves!!!! And they're supereasy to blend!!!!

I picked up Flashtrack and love it. I personally find the VPs to be a little hit and miss in terms of blendability though. I swapped away my Beautiful Iris for that reason...
