If you could invent one thing to expand MACs range of produc

I *do* know that we have Fluidliners but I meant gel pencils like the ones Bobbi Brown makes.
Also, I know that there are PPID cards for Pro members, I just meant MAC credit cards for non-mua patrons of MAC that can get one too.
AND, I know there are already Pre-sales & also some color collection catalogs sent to Pro card members, but they arent' as good as they should/could be as mentioned--they could be improved & also more available to regular makeup-wearing girls!

I would love to see:

- GWP/Bonus gifts, samples
- Automatic eyeliners and lipliners
- Shampoo, conditioner, hair care in general
- Bath and body items
- a Kabuki brush
- Large eyeshadow pans (like they used to be)
- more skinfinishes
- cream eyeshadows to complement their powder shades
- Self bronzer
- larger selection of traincases/sizes
- all of the pro items available everywhere
- no more LE. Add them all to the permanent collection!

And one that used to be on this list is primers... of course, it hasn't come out yet, but at least they finally made them.

pigments sold at all counters and sell little travel containers like pill organizers that come with a little scoop to transfer pigment in. oh and a supereasy way to custom blend your own products using pigments that isn't messy.

lipgloss that is between a lipglass and lustreglass in texture and comes in a squeeze tube

specials where if you buy certain full sized popular items together in a set you get a special discount.

MAC actually used to have a good number of the items you list, but they didn't sell well, so they were discontinued.

Tools for the mixing and handling of pigments! I'm not a klutz naturally, and I hate having to hold my breath so that my hands will be steady if I want to mix my own lipglosses. I take medication that makes me shake A LOT.

Mini mixing palettes, and scoops. I once had a Sea Monkey set - don't know where it disappeared to but wish i could find it as it had this infinitesimal plastic scoop that would be oh so handy for pigments! Darn nabbit...

My friend and I discussed this and both agreed that it would be cool if MAC had an equivalent to Stila Paint Cans to hold your brushes, lip and eye pencils, etc.

My only other suggestion is not really a new product but I would suggest that each store get EVERY postcard and catalogue and that they sell them for the Viva Glam fund. See, here in Canada we only get the postcards for the major launches (e.g. Madame B.) and have to beg/buy/swap the others from people elsewhere. It be a whole lot easier, I certainly would pay for them, and the money could go to charity! (As you have guessed I'm a collector of MAC promo stuff!)

I wish MAC made a smudger brush like this one: (example)

I know I could always buy another brand, but the MAC brushes look so pretty when they all match

And some other ideas:

- A "how to" book, kind of like Kevyn Aucoin's books. Like with real faces, and not just face charts. I'd even be happy for a little catalogue like Sephora's to showcase their new colour collections and looks. Again, with REAL faces and not face charts only.

- A smaller, less expensive version of their train case

- An airbrush/spray-on foundation. I know it sounds gross at first, but Dior is coming out with these and I saw Carmindy (sp??) who is the MA on TLC's What NOT to Wear (love!) using it and the result was flawless! (She sprayed it on a sponge, then applied to the face)

- AND MY FAVORITE IDEA OF ALL (I really wish they made these!)... A palette version of various Fluidlines in one compact, complete with a mini travel size angled brush. How F'ing amazing would that be???!!

A MAC CREDIT CARD!!!! and you get like special discounts on your birthday, or hear about advanced stuff before others do, or get free samples of some things, first picks of LE stuff... ect. That would just be awesome to get a credit card specifically for mac that entitles you to certain benefits and stuff

a mac c.c. would be dangerous for must of us, but FUN!

Let's see...
They've had twist-up liner pencils, a hair care line, the larger eyeshadows, self-tanner (which was fairly crappy), and bath/body items. They've done a few GWP bonuses, like last year when you got a free Try-On pac with the purchase of a foundation and concealer.

More skinfinishes are apparently coming, and the CCBs are MAC's answer to cream eyeshadows.

I think there are some fabulous ideas here... when you have ideas, pass them along to MAC via your local store/counter. Every once in a while, MAC will ask its employees to submit ideas for items that they think MAC needs. You can also submit ideas through the MAC site, though they'll just send you a form reply in reponse.

I'd like to see:
- a wider variety of palettes (2-pan for blush, 3-pan for eyeshadow with a mirror, combo blush-and-eye palette, etc.)
- eye-safe glitters
- eye-safe red eyeshadow/pigment
- more face brushes with the diversity of their eye brush line-up
- loose powder foundation
- a makeup sealant like She-Laq

As much as I'd like to see the PRO items available everywhere, I know it's unrealistic -- they place PRO stores where they feel that there is need, and most areas cannot support them. While we certainly love pigments and bright eyeshadows and glitters, most stores can barely sell the small stock of pigments they have or shades like Bitter and Chrome Yellow.

There's also the space issue -- MAC is already out of space in its stores and counters (they have too many lipsticks and eyeshadows for the displays and then too many displays for the counter space). Can you imagine trying to double the contents of the store or counter? Wow! The same thing goes for keeping around LE items... I think they should be more reponsive to consumer demand (obviously people want Cocoa Beach pigment!). But they have over 200 lipsticks and 200 eyeshadows available at any moment... where are they going to put more?

Don't know if they have ever tried this? But a facial hair depilatory that perhaps would smell nice,.. kinda like their wipes and would be good for your face,.....

A MAC Beauty Book would be great!!

I'd love a luminizing loose powder. Kinda like Tony & Tina's Loose Mineral Powder. It sets the MU & gives the skin such a nice glow!!

Also, eye safe glitters please!!
