Illamasqua/Tim Burton inspired dramatic eye and dark lip.

The other night, I (for some reason) decided to start playing with make-up at about 3am. I used this picture for inspiration:

Though mine looks pretty much nothing like that, I kind of like it all the same.

Then, as I was taking it off, I thought this looked kind of cool, so I neatened it up by adding some concealer over my lips. Though you can still see the shape, and some colour, underneath, I think it looks kind of cool. Slightly odd though.

USED (all MAC unless otherwise stated)
Eyes
Brule e/s
Trophy Pink e/s
Indian Ink e/s
Fascinating eyeliner

Lips
Illamasqua's Diablo lipstick
Illamasqua's illuminator in 'Odyssey'

Face
Illamasqua's Rich Liquid Foundation in 105, mixed with a tiny amount of MAC mineralize satinfinish foundation in NC15
Illamasqua Powder Blusher in 'Sable'
Chanel translucent finishing powder.

Hope you like it. Obviously, it's not very neat, as I only did it quickly, just for a brief boredom release.

Also, as a side note, I HAVE to recommend Illamasqua's foundations. They are wonderful.

Awh, thank you everyone so much.

I forgot how fun it is to just PLAY with make-up and so stupid stuff with it. Sometimes it turns out crap, but sometimes it turns out kind of cool.

Yeah, I was watching a video on the Illamasqua site, and Alex Box did that to a model, and it looked really nice, so I thought I'd try it.
It's much better than using a shimmery eyeshadow (such as Vanilla pigment), because it lasts so much longer.
I guess some people wouldn't like how it looks so much, but I really do!
