I'm Confused About these Give Aways

I don't know where to post this so feel free to move it but I'm TOTALLY confused on how on earth to enter these contests. I've read evveything I could over and over. Apparently there is an email adress of some sort to enter. I really would like to! So can some one just give me the details. And once I do, y'all can delete the post.

There will be new threads that identify that daily contest
(ie todays was (click) Giveaway Day 12-05-07 )
and in that post there were directions to e-mail to the specific e-mail address and what to write as the subject line of the e-mail address to enter.
Keep in mind, the daily contest may and prob will change. So far its varied from being the certain # to post inside that thread, to e-mailing a correct answer--just read the initial post for the details to enter. Pretty self-explanatory. HTH!
