I'm so excited and I just can't hide it!

My family and I are getting ready for our move to Arizona at the end of the month, I can't wait! This past weekend we were up to look at some places and we landed the perfect place, we couldn't be happier! It's a luxury apartment complex that's gated, has a gym, 4 pools, 2 playgrounds, a yoga class with a juice bar, a clubhouse, and a movie theatre. The place itself is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with walk in closets (my dream), his and her sinks, a roman bath tub, 18' high ceilings, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony for CHEAP!!!

Also, I had a few interviews while I was there and I'm very happy to say that not only did we land a great place but I got the perfect job!!! It's paying more then what I make now which is a bonus and it's working from home for the first month. I seriously couldn't ask for anything better. We truly have been blessed.

We plan on renting for a year and then buying so hopefully everything will go as planned.

I am sad to leave our friends and family here but I'm happy knowing were doing something good for our future. With having no family by our side in Arizona and only a few friends I know it's going to be tough the first few months but after that I'm sure everything will get easy.

Anyway, sorry for chatting away, I just wanted to share my joy with someone.

wow that sounds exciting ... i've heard that arizona is beautiful and their houses are crazy out there. it's great t hat you already have a good set for you too ... i know that's probably the hardest part! even though you don't have family there arizona isn't too far away from the bay so you'll only be a few hours away on a plane ride.

are you still going to try for that mac job even though you have a job set for you?

Thanks alot hun! Umm I'm not sure about the MAC job. I think I'm going to continue working on my skills and then maybe in another few months I'll try for it. This way they'll have no reason not to hire me

Were moving to Mesa right off Power Road. I think the area is called Superstition Springs if I'm not mistaken.

Yes we plan on it! Especially Flagstaff, we love snowboarding so it's definitely a must. I made sure we moved somewhere where we still have access to the stuff we love doing

yay! im so excited for you. my hubby and i are planning to move to phoenix when he's out of the navy... i'd love to settle down in tucson, eventually too... it's hot, but it's such a nice place!!!!
