In need of a new color!

I've been trying to grow my hair out for over a year now and am finally at the point where I'm ok with how it looks and I'm not thinking of cutting it all the time!
I'm a bit bored with it though, so I figured instead of cutting it, I would just color it. I haven't colored my hair in over 3 months, so I think I'm ready for a change.

Only thing is... I don't know what color to choose!
Here's my hair now:

I've had a ton of different reddish brown colors in my hair.
A few examples...

I also had this purple-ish color that I really liked...

And of course, now I've got a darker brown (well it WAS, but it's faded) with blonde highlights.

Basically, I'm open to any color suggestions, except for "un-natural" colors. If it's similar to the ones in these pictures, like obviously that purple isn't natural but it's not very vivid, that's okay. But anything super noticeable and my job will kill me.

Also, I'm planning to color it myself, and I've experimented with a lot of brands, but don't remember preferring any over the other. Which do you find produce the most color and last the longest?

I think like a dark dark chocolate brown would be really cute. I had that with black on the underneath part and it was SO cute! As for dye, I usually use Miss Clairol(from sallys) or natural instincts(semi perm.). Also though I have used ION color brilliance which works good, and wella color charm. I like any of the above, but if you want lasting results don't use natural instincts, that will wash out pretty quick, like a month or sooner.

I think you should use a live xxl colour I used the black red and I love it, its wild without been too crazy
