Highlight, crease, accent/lid, etc, what order is best/easiest? Include eyeliner too. Thank you!

Lid, outer v, crease, highlight, eyeliner/eyeshadow on lower lashline and then eyeliner on the one above and then mascara.

I do: lid, crease, outer V, eyeliner on top lashline, then mascara. Then I do the bottom lashline and mascara on my bottom lashes. Highlight I save for end to tie everything together, just in case I may want to use a different color than one I had picked originally.
