I got bored

I used OPI Bogota Blackberry (2 coats) with Top coat over that. I know it looks messy and my brushes are DIRTY but I like how it's a "set" now lol

I remember seeing Son Risa's brushes and I thought they loooked SO cool!

That's awesome!! You've got me wanting to do it to my brushes, too! I love the color you chose, they really look good.

Oh thats such a neat idea. Did you dip them in or paint them on??

I know if i did mine they would be all uneven and messy =/

If you tape the ends and leave a gap at the very end where the colour goes then you can paint or dip and it's even and not messy one bit

LOL I only dipped the skinny MAC 266 b/c that's the only one that would fit in the OPI n/p. The others I painted

I would do this to my brushes but they'd look silly - I have brushes from different companies and they're all different colours and different types of wood. maybe some day I'll have a real, professional brush set!!

And I have to ask because it's been driving me crazy!!! What does "r/o" mean? I've seen it all over MUA and here, and I can't figure out what it means!

I like the color you used! Hope she doesn't mind if I borrow her idea, too. I think I'd do my brushes in a olive/green, they have to match with my olive set.
