Hello folks, Una from London calling. My friend who works for Aramis said to call the Estee Lauder group as Tom Ford had vacancies. Before I called, looked up Estee Lauders' website and surfed. Came across MAC cosmetics and saw that they were looking for a Mail Order Assistant based in Soho, London. I called, but unfortunetly
they did not have any vacancies at the moment. I happen to mention that MAC were looking for a Mail Order Assistant, I was transferred to another person who proceeded to ask me various questions, i.e. have you worked as a make-up artist before? Have you worked in retail? Why do you want to work for MAC? How would your ex employees describe your work ethic? Give me an example of your good customer service? It seems that I just had a telephone interview without my knowledge and passed
. I am due an interview within the next two weeks. To all you experienced MAC folk, in regards to the interview, do you think it will a one on one interview or group? What to wear as in should I dress to impress? What further questions will they ask? Remember folks, it is a admin job so it is behind the scenes so in regards to make-up and image how far should I go? Any suggestions please. Many thanks.
