Interview for Estee Lauder Counter Manager

I'm getting a little nervous! I'm currently a BA for Lancome, started about 6 months ago. We're in gift right now and i'm going crazy!! lol Anyway, our counter was #2 in the company last month and I blew pre-sell out of the water. They want me at Lauder because the counter manager just quit.

This job has been the best job I've ever had and I'm very good at it. But recently I've been losing my passion for the job because of my bad store managers and Lancome's crazy GWP. Sooo, girls;
1.) Do you ever get annoyed with your job even though you love it?
2.) I need tips for my interview for counter manager with Lauder account executive!

Hi, I was wondering any advice you can give me. I'm about to have my third interview with the Lancome brand representative next week. What questions do they ask? What does Macy's expect of you daily? I read its alot of pressure to make sales quotas? How many days of training do they do? I don't have any cosmetics sales experience, but I'm willing to learn. Also how much is OK to take pay in? The beauty manager said $9.00 starting is normal with 3% commission in your counter and 2% in other counters. I'm nervous this is a new environment for me.
If you can help it would be great!

Kind Regards,

Ali
