Is beautiful Iris worth getting?

I think I want Beautiful Iris but I've read so many reviews about it being very sheer/unpigmented. Is it worth getting? Would it look much different from just using Satellite Dreams (which I already have) with a light hand?

I had it once and it broke

But it was gorgeous. It was a bright lavendar color! I was thinking I'm going to buy it again! And it didn't seem sheer to me. It put on a perfect amount of color.

I've heard people complain about Beautiful Iris, but I've honestly never had a problem with it showing up on me. Using Satellite Dreams won't give you anywhere close to the color, IMO. I love Beautiful Iris. It's my favorite purple!

To answer your question-YES. It is totally worth it. Yes it does go on lighter but I find that perfect for looks that require a more subdued lavender. It's perfect for those days when you don't want to fuss with a ton of makeup and use it with the 209 on the lower lash line (not waterline) to get a great look. Not to mention it makes green eyes positively POP. I love to use it with Violet pigment...it's my number one green-eye look.

the color payoff is ok (use sponge applicator or a denser eyeshadow brush) and its light lavender very different from sattelite dreams but i still love to pair this two

its worth it. its a really pretty shade. i think it was meant to go on light becuz its a pale lavender, its 4 girly, softer looks 4 me

Yeah i think its worth it to get. i have and love it. i even wear it with satellite dreams. the color isnt sheer, u just cant put it on with one sweep. also using it with a base (i use bare study p/p) works for me... i say get it

i have it and when i'm going for a purple look, i usually pair this one with a darker purple for a smokey eye. that's pretty much all i use it for... it isn't one of my regular go to eye shadows, but if you really want it then i'd say go for it.

It's worth it! It's such a pretty lavendar shade and if you pair it up with other purples/other colors, it looks really nice! A lot different from Satellite Dreams...Satellite Dreams is definitely a lot darker (if you're applying both with a light hand)
