is concealer going to fix this...?

anyone have any suggestions on what would fix this? the skin under my eyes is really thin and idk if concealer would do the trick? it's not dark circles per se...

If YSL won't get hide it, congrats then on your bone structure. I have this too and only good lighting will "hide" it.
