Is Mineralize Satinfinish OK for combo acne prone skin?

I got a sample of Laneige Snow Crystal Foundation and it looks so good. However, it's really expensive @ $38CAD for 30ml.

I have combo skin with a random blemish but I do have acne prone skin if i wear something too thick. Would Mineralize Skinfinish be alright for me? I really like that glowy sheen, esp. for summer time.

Here's some pics of me with the Laneige Foundation and the effect I want to achieve.

^^ITA. Covers well, non-greasy, long lasting, and gives fantastic glow to the skin.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I also saw HyperReal listed as having a "glowy" finish. What is the difference?

hyper real has pearlized pigments to it, which gives a glowy sheen (satin finish, like satin sheets). i personally think this is too glowy for the whole face, and can look greasy/oily if used all over, so i recommend it for the cheekbones. but alot of people use it all over. besides, they are slowly phasing out hyper real, so there aren't alot of color choices anymore.

MSF has a natural-satin finish, so it looks like your skin but with a healthy glow. it has more of a "spattering" of shimmer, compared to a consistent sheen that is present in hyper real.

I really love this foundation, in fact it is my fave from MAC. However, I DO break out when I wear it. I know that they insist that these are dermatologist tested, but I always break out. Like last night! And no I don't use sponges, and yes I clean my brushes religiously. Yet when I wear Bare Minerals, it's flawless. If you are able to get to a MAC store/counter, just ask them for a sample and then you can try it on your own skin, since everyone's is so different.
