It'd be a non-shimmery rec, but perhaps Wonderfull if you can still find it? It was only recently discontinued. Perhaps one of the newer veluxe pearl e/s - I think there is a shimmery light blue.
The other shade in the duo is turquoise, right? I can't tell from my computer screen which is the darker of the two; but only one is really blue. *shrug* Sorry I can't be anymore help.
