to be honest i dont know! the mac lettering look a bit too big but im relly not sure

This doesn't look anythig like my 168 the logo and numbers are too large and in the wrong place so based on that and this thread http://specktra.net/f257/2-brush-110487/ I'd say that this on is fake.

It could be a counterfeit or it could be an old one - I am pretty clueless on the old style brushes.

thats the old one, back in the day the lettering was large like that, i had a tester brush in my brush belt at work that was the old school style with the fat lettering. i was looking at our master discontinue list the other day and saw tons of old brushes with weird numbers as well, like double digit numbers rather than triple. so no worries, its real.... just real old =)
