no, they don't come in pouches like that. the pouches are square and don't have a drawstring closure.

some do come in drawstring closure, i just bought a ring from tiff's and it was in a drawstring

Actually, some of their items do - my rings have and I recall my coworker bringing in a couple pendants/ necklaces in the pouches.

Yup I have 2 different types of bags from Tiffany's.

Now as for the necklaces being real that is something I can't say for sure...but they look like the real thing.

actually, to be honest with you... the toggle bar looks a little thinner and longer than on an authentic heart toggle necklace... as to the links... they look thinner and larger... should be smaller... and the hearts hanging off look thinner too.. the toggle and tag necklaces/bracelets are VERY heavy pieces of jewelry....

unfortunately, you can't tell with the pictures because they are blurry, but the way to tell if a piece like that is authentic is that the links are perfect, don't look like they were welded together ANYWHERE... :-/

p.s. my first two pieces came in a drawstring pouch. the newer jewelry i've bought/recieved (this year) come in a little square pouch with a button, so i think they changed the design

tiffany jewelry is authentic if it has the stamp = look on anything you have - search all over for it. unless its faded off theres a stamp somewhere that says Tiffany & Co. 925 Spain (or whatever country its made in like i have one peice that says ITALY on it)

so yeah - if it has that stamp its authentic. in things like that tell the girl to get a new camera because hers is a peice of shit and it makes her look like a scam artist. and tell her to take a close up clear pic of the peice. crazy ebay weirdos. ya never know with these people
